At Audiophile’s Closet, we take great care in packaging and shipping your vintage audio equipment so that it arrives safely and in working condition. Please review our shipping policy before placing an order.

Processing Times

  • Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days after payment is confirmed.

  • During peak seasons or special promotions, processing may take longer.

  • Customers will be notified if additional processing time is required.

Shipping Methods & Carriers

  • We ship through trusted carriers such as UPS, FedEx, and USPS, depending on the size, weight, and destination of your order.

  • Oversized or fragile items (e.g., receivers, turntables, reel-to-reel decks) may require special handling and freight shipping.

  • Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination.

  • Some promotional items may qualify for free shipping within the continental United States.

  • International shipping is currently NOT available.

Packaging & Handling

  • All items are carefully inspected and tested before shipment.

  • We use protective packaging (foam, bubble wrap, reinforced boxes, or double-boxing when necessary) to safeguard delicate vintage electronics.

  • Large or highly fragile equipment may be shipped with insured freight services.

Delivery Times

  • Standard U.S. shipping: 3–7 business days after processing.

  • Expedited shipping: 1–3 business days (where available).

Order Tracking

  • Once shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details.

  • Customers are responsible for monitoring delivery updates through the carrier’s website.

Damaged or Lost Packages

  • If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and product.

  • We will work with the carrier to file a claim and arrange a replacement or refund if applicable.

  • Audiophile’s Closet is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or natural events beyond our control.

Local Pickup (Optional)

  • For select high-value or fragile items, we may offer local pickup by appointment and meet up delivery options. Contact us to arrange this option.
